Multiple job openings for this role are currently available. - Design and develop mechanical components and systems in Revit 3D/2D and AutoCAD based on project requirements. - Collaborate with project teams to develop and refine layout plans for buildings and infrastructure projects. - Utilize BIM technology to create detailed spatial arrangements and optimize the overall design. - Integrate equipment space planning seamlessly into the overall BIM model. - Work closely with stakeholders to plan and allocate space for various equipment within buildings or factories. - Ensure accurate representation of equipment placement in both 2D and 3D models. - Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design options for process optimization. - Generate and maintain engineering documentation, including bills of materials (BOMs) and technical reports. - Collaborate with customers to understand project requirements and adjust designs accordingly. - Update and enhance drawings and models to meet industry standards, including US guidelines. - Manage and maintain Revit Models throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring they are up-to-date. - Attend coordination meetings and provide input based on the BIM model. - Conduct regular quality checks on the BIM model to ensure accuracy and adherence to project standards. - Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture, Mechanical, Civil, Structural, or Electrical engineering. - Knowledge of fluid mechanics, HVAC, machine design, electrical power systems, structural, civil architecture, and modeling. - 1-3 years of experience in Revit 3D/2D and AutoCAD. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
