Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a BIM Modeler. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural, structural, and MEP designs. Daily tasks include working with construction drawings, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring compliance with project standards, and updating models as per project requirements. The role demands precision, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and hands-on experience as a Modeler
• Strong understanding of Architecture, Construction Drawings, and project planning
• Knowledge of Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems and their integration with BIM processes
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in relevant BIM and CAD software such as Revit, AutoCAD, or similar tools
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the AEC industry and knowledge of UAE market standards are advantageous
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
