BIM Modeler

Position: Building Information Modeling (BIM) Engineer

Location:Kosamba

Required Qualification:

BE/B.Tech. or Diploma – Civil/Architecture & Executive Diploma in BIM

Relevant Experience:

Minimum 2-year experience in BIM-based industrial civil project execution

Key Skills & Responsibilities:

 Proficient in using AutoCAD

 Proficient in using BIM software for 2D and 3D modeling

 Should be able to independently draft civil factory layout plans

 Must have working knowledge of electrical and mechanical services planning within an

industrial setup

 Capable of preparing and modifying coordinated plans based on design revisions and

site requirements

 Experience in interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP drawings

 Ability to work closely with project engineers and consultants to incorporate required

changes

 Strong attention to detail and understanding of industry standards in industrial

construction projects

The candidate will be expected to support our ongoing and upcoming factory construction

• projects by ensuring accurate, updated, and well-coordinated BIM models.
