Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Prepare detailed drawings, schedules, and documentation as per project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and coordinated models.
• Support clash detection, quantity take-offs, and construction sequencing.
• Maintain BIM standards, templates, and libraries in alignment with company protocols.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and client requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture
• 1–2 years of experience in BIM modeling within AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (Architecture/Structure/MEP) and Navisworks.
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, and documentation.
• Familiarity with BIM standards.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a proactive mindset.

Good to Have

• Knowledge of Dynamo, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other 3D modeling software.
• Experience with coordination on international projects.
• Exposure to 4D/5D BIM (time & cost integration).
