Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Architectural BIM Engineer located in Mumbai. The Architectural BIM Engineer will be responsible for creating and managing Building Information Models (BIM), producing construction drawings, and coordinating with Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) systems. The role involves collaborating with architects, civil engineers, and project managers to ensure project designs meet high standards and align with clients' requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and update detailed Architectural BIM models.

Collaborate with Structural, MEP, and other disciplines for effective coordination modeling.

Identify and resolve design clashes through BIM tools and coordination processes.

Ensure compliance with project standards, specifications, and BIM execution plans.

Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical BIM support to project teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.

Minimum 6+ years of experience in BIM, with a strong background in architectural modeling.

Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo knowledge will additional benefits and other BIM coordination tools.

Proven expertise in coordination modeling for multidisciplinary projects.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai
