Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler with strong expertise in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Scan to BIM processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and coordinating accurate 3D models for civil and infrastructure projects, ensuring design integrity and seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage BIM models for civil, infrastructure, and site development projects using Civil 3D and Revit.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design coordination and model accuracy.
• Maintain project standards, templates, and model organization according to company and client BIM protocols.
• Generate detailed drawings, alignments, surfaces, and sections from 3D models.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and resolve model conflicts (clash detection, interoperability).
• Support design visualization and documentation for project submissions.
• Convert point cloud data into accurate and detailed BIM models (Scan to BIM workflows).

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, Revit, and Scan to BIM workflows.
• Experience with infrastructure modeling, roadway design, or site development preferred.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards, LOD requirements, and file management.
• Knowledge of Navisworks, InfraWorks, or other horizontal BIM tools is an advantage.
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality models within deadlines.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant BIM experience in civil or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with laser scan data and reality capture tools.
