Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a BIM Architect located in Pune. The BIM Architect will be responsible for developing architectural drawings and construction submittals using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software. Day-to-day tasks include creating and managing digital models, coordinating with various project stakeholders, and ensuring that construction drawings meet high-quality standards. Additionally, the role requires site visits to supervise construction work and ensure compliance with architectural plans. Qualifications Experience in Architecture and Architectural Drawings Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) software Ability to produce and manage Construction Drawings and Submittals Excellent communication and coordination skills Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field Experience in construction project management is a plus Show more Show less
