Role Description



The individual will be responsible for developing and managing BIM models, creating architectural and construction drawings, reviewing and coordinating designs, and managing BIM-related tasks. Additional responsibilities include preparing submittals and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project success.

Qualifications

🎓 𝐃𝐞𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞 - M.Arch / B.Arch / D.Arch

• Strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Drawings
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM)
• Proficient in creating Construction Drawings
• Knowledge in preparing and managing Submittals
• Excellent technical and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in

  Gurugram/Chennai

• Experience in the AEC industry is a plus
