Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior BIM Architect with a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate should have an academic background in B.Arch., Diploma in Architecture, or a related field in the AEC industry. Key Responsibilities: · Develop accurate and detailed architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit. · Model topography and architectural elements based on provided data and project requirements. · Understand and follow architecture discipline standards and coordination workflows. · Work efficiently in a central model environment and collaborate through BIM 360. · Prepare sheet layouts, annotations, and presentation drawings according to project standards. · Handle phasing work for renovation/restoration and new construction projects. · Coordinate with project leads and follow defined BIM execution plans. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Sound understanding of architectural modelling standards and BIM workflows. · Proficient in topography modelling and working with site-related elements. · Experience in working with central files and BIM 360 for team collaboration. · Knowledge of sheet setup, detailing, and annotation standards. · Familiarity with phases and design options in Revit. · Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality deliverables. · Understanding of AutoCAD Software. · Experience in international projects (US/UK/UAE/Australia/Canada) is advantage. Job Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad Salary Criteria: 20,000 to 30,000 per month (depends on interview process) Preferred joining: 1st week of July Interview Process: 1st Round: Practical test - tool test (Virtually) 2nd Round: Technical Round (On teams call) 3rd Round: HR Round - Joining and salary discussion (On call or face to face)
