With a large team of experienced Design Engineers, BIM Managers, and Modelers, 'The BIM Engineers' provides BIM staff to AEC companies on a month/hourly fee basis, specializing in Architectural, Structural, MEP, and Interiors projects across the globe. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. BIM Architect/Engineers at 'The BIM Engineers' located in Gurugram. The role involves handling surge capacity challenges, preparing BIM models, design review, BIM audits, design development, drawing preparation, and quantity extraction using BIM Tools. The Sr. BIM Architect/Engineers will also provide onsite deployment of BIM resources, training, and BIM implementation assistance. Qualifications Architecture and Architectural Drawings skills Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Construction Drawings skills Experience in creating submittals Knowledge of Revit, AutoCAD, and other BIM software Strong understanding of construction processes and project management Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field Show more Show less
