BIM Architect

As a Design Coordinator, your role involves overseeing the design and coordination of projects and teams. Your responsibilities include: - Working closely with Design Managers and project teams on conceptual designs, presentations, design development, and production - Leading design efforts and client presentations to support and maintain client relationships - Collaborating with Design Managers to ensure timely project delivery - Coordinating with consultants to resolve complex design issues with innovative solutions - Mentoring junior and intermediate design staff to support their growth and development - Producing graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings - Overseeing the development of design from design development to construction drawings - Assisting in managing client expectations, team communication, and consultant coordination - Contributing to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs - Participating in firm marketing, industry events, and project interviews - Collaborating with design talent across the firm to enhance overall work quality - Planning ahead and anticipating project needs to maintain project goals and objectives for all team members - Executing strong follow-through on agenda items and project issues to achieve a high design level In terms of skills required for this role, you should possess: - Motivated self-starter with problem-solving abilities both individually and as part of a team - Proficiency in 2D/3D software such as Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, SketchUp, PhotoShop & InDesign - Understanding of Bluebeam software - Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes - Strong presentation, organizational, and multitasking skills - Graphic and visualization skills to effectively communicate design ideas - Ability to maintain existing client relationships and establish new ones - Deep understanding and experience with urban, resort, and/or mixed-use hospitality projects - Hold a BArch Degree - High level of technical competence and understanding of building systems This role offers you the opportunity to showcase your design coordination skills, mentorship abilities, and technical expertise while contributing to the overall success of projects and client relationships.,
