Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in architectural design and Building Information Modeling (BIM), with a strong command of BIM processes across all project stages.

Key Responsibilities:

🔸 Develop and manage BIM models up to Level of Development (LOD) 500.

🔸 Lead and support Design Development (DD), Good for Construction (GFC), and As-Built documentation phases.

🔸Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure seamless BIM integration and collaboration.

🔸Work closely with international clients, understanding and adapting to global standards and expectations.

🔸Ensure model accuracy, quality control, and compliance with project requirements.

🔸Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection processes.

Provide technical support and guidance to junior team members.

Qualifications:

🔸Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field. 1-2 years of professional experience in BIM and architectural design.

🔸Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

🔸Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.

🔸Experience working with international clients and multidisciplinary teams.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:

🔸Familiarity with global BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).

🔸Experience with cloud-based collaboration platforms (e.g., BIM 360).

🔸Knowledge of scripting tools (e.g., Dynamo) is a plus.
