About the Role

We are seeking a talented BIM Architect with around 2 years of relevant experience to join our dynamic studio. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and managing architectural BIM models, producing construction documentation, and supporting coordination across disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural BIM models using Revit (or other BIM software) from concept through to as-built stages.
• Model with the accurate parameters and attributes for BIM Based quantification and 4D simulation.
• Prepare 2D drawings, schedules, and details directly from the BIM model.
• Support team for material/quantity take-offs
• Assist in BIM coordination with structural, MEP, and other consultants, including participation in clash detection sessions.
• Ensure compliance with project BIM Execution Plans and company standards.
• Support design presentations with model-based visuals, diagrams, and walkthroughs.
• Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to implement design changes in the model.
• Maintain model integrity through regular audits and updates.
• Stay updated on BIM trends, tools, and best practices to improve workflow efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Architecture or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a BIM Architect or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, BIM 360, or similar coordination tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of architectural design processes and documentation.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
• Experience in working for US projects (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with visualization tools like Enscape, Lumion, or Twinmotion.
• Familiarity with parametric modeling and creating Revit families.
• Understanding of ISO 19650 or other BIM standards.
