Job Title: Quantity Surveyor We are looking for a dedicated Quantity Surveyor who will be responsible for taking off quantities for all construction projects, estimating costs, analyzing rates, and coordinating with vendors. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in the field. Knowledge of Revit is a plus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities: Quantity Takeoff: Conduct detailed quantity take offs for all assigned projects. Ensure accurate measurement and documentation of quantities for various construction activities. Prepare and accurately document material specifications for all construction projects. Estimating & Rate Analysis: Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, including materials, labor, and other project-related expenses. Perform rate analysis to ensure competitive and accurate pricing. Review and analyze project drawings and specifications to provide accurate estimates. Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with vendors to obtain quotations for materials and services. Compare and analyze vendor quotations to ensure cost-effectiveness and compliance with project requirements. Assist in the selection of vendors based on quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Quotation Management: Share and manage quotations with internal teams and stakeholders. Negotiate with vendors to achieve the best pricing and terms. Project Support: Provide support to the project management team in budget preparation and cost control. Assist in the preparation of tender documents and contracts. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost estimation, or a similar role. Strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy. Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Bonus: Knowledge of Revit. Job Title: Jr Mechanical BIM Engineer/Jr HVAC BIM Engineer Position Summary: We are seeking a Junior Mechanical BIM Engineer to support the development of HVAC and plumbing systems models using Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will assist in producing accurate BIM models and construction documentation under the guidance of senior engineers and BIM leads.
