BIM Architect / BIM Modeler

Role Overview:
We seek a skilled BIM Architect/Modeler to develop high-detail models (LOD 300–400) for residential projects, with an emphasis on traditional Kerala elements—sloped roofs, wooden columns, courtyards, and vernacular joinery. Your work will bridge design intent and precise execution.

Responsibilities:

• Create and manage BIM models (Revit) for residential projects, ensuring accuracy from schematic design to construction documentation.
• Develop construction drawings with emphasis on traditional detailing (e.g., sloped roofs, timber frameworks, masonry joints).
• Generate BOQs, schedules, and material takeoffs directly from BIM models.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve design clashes and technical challenges.
• Maintain organized BIM standards and workflows for the studio.

Ideal Candidate:

• 3+ years of professional experience as a BIM Architect/Modeler (residential projects preferred).
• Expertise in Autodesk Revit (mandatory) for LOD 300–400 models.
• Proven experience in traditional construction detailing (e.g., sloped roofs, wooden columns, courtyards).
• Strong understanding of construction drawings, materials, and joinery systems.
• Ability to extract BOQs and schedules from BIM models.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
