Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a BIM Architect. The BIM Architect will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver Building Information Models (BIM) for various architectural, structural, and MEP projects. Responsibilities include creating and managing Revit models, coordinating designs across different disciplines, preparing construction drawings, and conducting clash detection and resolution. The candidate will provide support for project documentation, ensure model accuracy and quality, and collaborate with project stakeholders to achieve timely and efficient project delivery.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in creating and managing CAD Drafting & Revit-based BIM models, including Architectural, Structural, and MEP systems.
• Experience in MEP coordination, preparation of shop drawings, and conducting clash detection using tools like Navisworks.
• Knowledge of Scan to BIM processes, Revit Family creation, and developing detailed construction documentation.
• Strong skills in design review, project planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Educational qualifications in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced certifications in BIM or Revit are preferred.
