Please check www.apexetech.com for more details. Key Responsibilities: Develop complete Architectural BIM models in Revit. Prepare detailed architectural drawings: plans, elevations, sections, and schedules. Handle point cloud–based modeling for architectural requirements. Establish project workflows independently and manage full project delivery. Maintain BIM templates, families, and architectural documentation standards. Coordinate with multidisciplinary stakeholders when needed (MEP, Structural, Scan-to-BIM, etc.). Build, guide, and manage a team to ensure accurate and timely project execution. Conduct architecture-related QA/QC checks. Exposure to MEP, Structural, Scan-to-BIM, or other disciplines is an added advantage, though the core work will remain architecture-centric. Requirements: Strong proficiency in Revit Architecture (mandatory). Good understanding of building design, construction documentation, and detailing. Exposure to MEP , Structural , Scan-to-BIM , or Point Cloud modeling is a plus. Experience working on international architectural projects (Europe, US, Middle East preferred). Knowledge of other design software (AutoCAD, Navisworks, Enscape, SketchUp, etc.) is an added advantage. Ability to manage architectural projects independently. Strong communication, leadership, and team-handling skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch). BIM certification is an added advantage. Exposure to global projects and partnerships. Experience working on international architectural projects (Europe, US, Middle East preferred).
