We have an immediate opening for Billing Executive @ Ahmedabad location

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Billing Executive with good knowledge of Tally (ERP, Prime, Advanced). The role includes handling billing, sales & purchase entries, GST work, and basic accounts. The candidate should be accurate, responsible, and have good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and generate sales invoices and purchase bills in Tally.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, purchases, and expenses.
• Perform data entry, ledger management, and reconciliations in Tally.
• Ensure GST compliance, including GST input, output, and return filing support.
• Coordinate with the sales, purchase, and finance team for smooth billing operations.
• Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing queries and discrepancies.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in financial transactions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as Billing Executive.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime / Tally Advanced.
• Hands-on experience in sales & purchase billing, GST, and taxation.
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office tools is an advantage.
• Qualification: B.Com / M.Com.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
