Timings - 10:30am to 8:30pm (Monday - week off)

Job Summary:

The Billing Executive is responsible for preparing, managing, and issuing accurate invoices, ensuring timely billing, maintaining financial records, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve discrepancies. The role requires attention to detail, strong numerical ability, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes in a timely manner.
• Verify billing data with purchase orders, contracts, and delivery challans.
• Ensure accuracy in client billing, pricing, and applicable taxes (GST/VAT, etc.).
• Maintain proper records of bills, payments, and client details.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients for pending payments.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing-related queries.
• Prepare and share periodic reports (outstanding, aging reports, revenue reports).
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits by providing billing and payment records.
• Continuously improve billing processes to increase efficiency.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of billing, invoicing, and accounting principles.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, Zoho, etc.).
• Basic understanding of taxation.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,256.84 - ₹30,349.15 per month
