Job Description

-Respond to incoming leads from IndiaMart and engage with potential clients (medical stores). -Call leads to understand their requirements and provide relevant product information. -Create and confirm orders based on customer requests and specifications. -Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure timely shipping and delivery of medicines. -Keep track of inventory levels and inform customers of product availability. -Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions. -Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly. -Build and maintain strong relationships with medical store clients for repeat business.
