Job Description

 Monitor and manage leads generated through digital platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.  Send detailed information PDFs to new leads in a timely manner.  Maintain regular follow-up to ensure lead engagement and progression through the pipeline.  Coordinate with returning or older leads expressing interest in visiting the company.  Provide accurate address details, location, and company visiting hours.  Schedule and confirm video call appointments with leads as per their preferred date and time.  Maintain clear and professional communication to resolve any doubts or concerns regarding franchise acquisition.  Act as a liaison between potential franchisees and internal teams for a smooth onboarding experience.
