Billing & Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Billing & Estimation Engineer (Civil/Interior) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate design drawings, developing project estimates, coordinating with clients, and ensuring that civil and interior design projects are executed efficiently and cost-effectively. This role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed design drawings and layouts for civil construction and interior fit-out projects
• Perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates based on project requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate design feasibility and suggest improvements for cost and efficiency.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and deliver design solutions accordingly.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure designs are implemented as per drawings.
• Prepare material lists, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and tender documents.
• Analyze project costs, prepare cost comparison reports, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies to suggest innovative design solutions.
• Assist in preparing project proposals, technical reports, and presentations for clients.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in civil construction and interior design projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
