Role Overview

We are looking for a Billing Engineer with experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) and project billing for commercial interiors. The role involves preparing and verifying project bills, tracking costs, coordinating with project teams, and supporting accurate financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit progress, final, and variation bills.
• Maintain accurate billing records, including BOQs, measurement sheets, and approvals.
• Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, and clients to validate executed quantities.
• Support QS team in quantity take-offs, cost estimation, and variation analysis.
• Track project costs and ensure timely submission of bills to maintain smooth cash flow.
• Respond to client queries with appropriate documentation and clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contract terms in all billing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in QS and billing for commercial interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, costing, billing software, and contract management.
• Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
