We are seeking 2 freshers/entry-level candidates for the position of Billing and Documentation Staff. This role is essential in managing billing processes and maintaining accurate documentation to support our financial operations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain billing invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Handle documentation for billing and payment processes.
  • Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies.
  • Communicate with clients regarding billing inquiries and provide support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and documentation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with accounting software and billing systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
