Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Role Overview: As a Bilingual Phone Receptionist (Onsite) fluent in both English and Punjabi, you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for patients in a medical office. Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service over the phone, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
