About Us: G3 Interactive is a Kochi-based software development company now expanding into AI, data engineering, and advanced analytics due to growing customer demand. We’re seeking a Data Engineer / Data Scientist with a strong foundation in data processing and analytics — and experience with Databricks is a significant advantage. What You’ll Do: Build and manage scalable data pipelines and ELT workflows using modern tools. Design and implement predictive models using Python (pandas, scikit-learn) . Leverage platforms like Databricks for distributed processing and ML workflows. Collaborate with internal and client teams to deliver data-driven solutions . Create insightful dashboards using Metabase or other BI tools. Maintain high-quality standards in data management and governance. Must-Have Skills: 2–3 years’ experience in Data Science, Data Engineering, or a similar role. Strong Python skills with expertise in pandas and data structures. Experience writing efficient SQL queries. Understanding of ML models, statistical analysis, and data wrangling. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Bonus / Advantage: Experience with Databricks (ETL, notebooks, ML pipelines, Delta Lake, etc.). Familiarity with Spark, Airflow, AWS, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of CI/CD for data workflows.
