Full-Time Upwork Bidder (SEO & Digital Marketing)

Upwork bids (connects) are expensive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify

  high-intent projects

  on Upwork and similar platforms
• Analyze client requirements and create

  conversion-focused proposals

• Coordinate with SEO, Ads, Analytics teams to ensure accurate scoping

• Communicate with clients, handle negotiations, and close deals

• Maintain follow-ups and build long-term client relationships

• Ensure timely submission of high-quality bids

  with strong win potential

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience in

  Upwork bidding / business development

• Strong expertise in proposals for SEO, Google Ads, Digital Marketing, Linkedin & Design

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

• Ability to understand technical requirements

  and align them with client goals
• Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven mindset
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field

• Prior experience in the IT / Digital Marketing industry

  is highly preferred
