Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated Bidder to support our project acquisition and proposal activities. The role includes preparing bids, handling online bidding platforms, and communicating with international clients. The candidate must have fluent English communication and basic knowledge of computer/IT concepts. Female freshers are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Prepare and submit bids/proposals on online platforms like our website codians.ai.
2.Communicate professionally with international clients via chat, email, and calls.3. Understand client requirements and share details with the technical/development team.
4.Maintain bid trackers, follow up on proposals, and manage client inquiries.
5. Assist with documentation, data entry, and other administrative tasks.6. The candidate should be able to handle all bids that come through our website and coordinate with clients via phone calls.

Qualification:

1. B.Tech (Computer Science / IT), BCA / MCA / B.Sc (CS / IT).
2. Any computer-related degree.3. Basic understanding of Computer Engineering / IT services.4. Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research preferred.

Other Requirements:

1.Confident, professional, and comfortable communicating with international clients.
2. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethics.
