Essential qualifications and skills
Education: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often required.
Experience: Proven experience in a bidding, development projects, or project management role.Analytical skills: Ability to analyze requirements, manage budgets, and interpret data.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are critical for proposal writing and client interaction.

Key responsibilities
*Analyze bids: Review and understand bid specifications and requirements to ensure a competitive and compliant proposal.

Develop strategy: Create and implement winning strategies, including pricing, that align with company objectives and client needs.

Coordinate teams: Work with internal departments like sales, finance, and technical to gather all necessary information.

Manage the process: Track the bid from start to finish, ensuring all documentation is accurate and submitted on time.

Negotiate and close: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and partners.

Maintain records: Keep detailed records of all bid activities, outcomes, and feedback.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
