Job Description

As a Reporting Analyst (IC3) in our company, you will play a crucial role in handling BI reporting and operations. Your qualifications and previous experience should include: - A minimum of 7 to 10 years of overall work experience with at least 3-4 years of BI reporting & operations experience - Proficiency in Excel, including complex lookup functions, execution of macros for data blending, and handling executive ops reporting tasks - Familiarity with Cloud BI applications like Oracle BI, OACS Analytics Cloud, Apex Tools, and Data Visualization - Knowledge of third-party BI tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and other data visualization tools - Strong project management skills and the ability to lead projects independently - Exposure to working with various AI tools and UAT skills are advantageous - Strong verbal and written communication skills In terms of knowledge and experience essential for this role, you should possess: - Strong understanding of Data, Analytics & Reporting principles, cutting-edge technologies, best practices, and market trends - Ability to distill customer requests and market needs into an innovative product vision and roadmap - Experience working with globally distributed, remote, and cross-functional teams - Ability to present customer data insights as clear and useful business information - Familiarity with Agile approaches, design, engineering, and testing methodologies - Proactive engagement in continuous process improvement - Structured problem-solving and facilitation approaches - Clarity in verbal and written communication to define goals and plans unambiguously - Experience in B2B / Enterprise markets and managing multiple parallel initiatives and stakeholders - Collaboration with User Experience teams and understanding good design principles - Comfort with working in situations of incomplete information and uncertainty Additionally, you will serve as a liaison with various divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, and other departments to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Your responsibilities will include collecting, verifying, and analyzing data to measure key performance indicators, providing updates to management on budget deviations, and driving the implementation of new processes and procedures while ensuring compliance with Oracle Business Practices.,
