As a Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be to provide programs that enhance operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance to support the organization's financial and tactical business objectives. You will play a key role in developing and communicating business practices and processes, as well as training the organization on these practices. Your role will involve acting as a liaison with various divisions including Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. You will be responsible for collecting, inputting, verifying, correcting, and analyzing data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives. Keeping management informed of budget deviations and opportunities will be crucial, along with providing insights on economic impact and compliance issues related to business decisions. Your responsibilities will also include communicating Oracle Business Practices to the organization, monitoring processes for compliance, and driving the implementation of new procedures. You will need to demonstrate attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both internal stakeholders and clients. In this role, you will be expected to leverage your expertise in Data, Analytics & Reporting principles, cutting-edge technologies, and market trends. You should be able to translate customer requests and market needs into an innovative product vision and roadmap. Collaborating with global teams, distilling customer data into actionable insights, and engaging in continuous process improvement are essential aspects of this position. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of overall work experience, with at least 3-4 years of BI reporting & operations experience. Proficiency in Excel, including complex functions and macros, is a must. Experience in executive ops reporting, data analysis, and storytelling with data is required. Familiarity with BI applications such as Oracle 11g, Analytics Cloud, and Apex is essential, while knowledge of additional tools like Power BI and Alteryx is advantageous. Your qualifications should include strong project management skills, UAT proficiency, and excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ability to work with incomplete information, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and collaborate with cross-functional teams will be key to your success in this role.,
