Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for serving as a liaison with other divisions like Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Your role will involve collecting, inputting, verifying, correcting, and analyzing data to measure key performance indicators against business objectives. You will provide updates to management on budget versus actuals, highlighting deviations and opportunities. Additionally, you will communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization, monitor processes and approvals for compliance, and drive the implementation of new procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of overall work experience with at least 3-4 years of BI reporting and operations experience. - Demonstrate complete knowledge of Excel, including complex lookup functions, macro execution for data blending, and handling executive operations reporting tasks like Impact Analysis and providing data insights. - Be familiar with Cloud BI applications such as Oracle BI, OACS Analytics Cloud, Apex Tools, and Data Visualization. Knowledge of third-party BI tools like Power BI, Alteryx, and other data visualization tools is an added advantage. - Possess project management skills and the ability to lead projects independently. - Have exposure to working with various AI tools and possess UAT skills for user acceptance testing. - Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Qualifications Required: - Strong understanding of Data, Analytics & Reporting principles, cutting-edge technologies, best practices, and market trends. - Ability to distill customer requests and market needs into an innovative product vision, roadmap, and set of themes. - Experience in working with globally distributed, remote, and cross-functional teams. - Ability to present customer data insights as clear and useful business information. - Familiarity with Agile approaches, design, engineering, and testing methodologies. - Proactive engagement in continuous process improvement. - Proficiency in structured problem-solving and facilitation approaches. - Clear verbal and written communication to unambiguously define goals and plans. - Experience in B2B / Enterprise markets and managing multiple parallel initiatives and stakeholders. - Collaboration with User Experience teams and empathy for good design. - Comfort with working under uncertainty and incomplete information.,
