Job Description

Title:t BI Developer- SQL and Crystal Reports

Location: Gurugram- Hybrid

Mandatory Skills: 4+ yrs in BI development in SQL, Crystal reports

Shift: Night Shift- CST time zone

Overview:

We are hiring an experienced BI Developer with strong SQL, Crystal Reports, and operational reporting expertise to support collections systems and legacy data environments (Artiva RM, Ontario Reports, AS/400).

Responsibilities

Write advanced SQL queries (Cach, SQL Server, DB2/AS400)
Build datasets, joins, stored procedures & ETL logic
Develop & modify Crystal Reports; work with Ontario Reports
Build & automate daily/weekly/monthly collections reports
Develop KPI logic (roll rates, liquidation, RPC, productivity, skip trace)
Extract data from Artiva RM and AS/400
Support UAT, system changes & reporting enhancements
Handle scheduled jobs, FTP/SFTP/PGP file transfers (GoAnywhere)

Required Technical Skills

Strong SQL (Cach, SQL Server, DB2 (Mandatory)
Crystal Reports (mandatory)
Ontario Reports / Artiva RM (preferred)
AS/400 DB2 querying & CL commands (preferred)
SSIS / ETL experience
Collections MIS / KPI reporting exposure

Qualifications

4-10 years in SQL-based reporting
Experience in financial collections or recovery systems preferred
Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent
