Contractual
• Administration of LN BI applications (Birst and d/EPM), Data Publishing Management and Data Lake
• Extent and maintain data models through the entire process chain (Connect / Prepare / Relate)
• Orchestration of daily update tasks and validation of data accuracy
• Analyze, design and development of custom solutions according to requirements from business processes
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision making
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system configurations, customizations and processes
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot issues and resolve system related problems
• Support projects for introduction of new modules, releases and rollouts
• Several years of professional experience in Infor LN development and Business intelligence (Birst, d/EPM, reports, ION)
• Experience with Infor data lake, databases (SQL)
• Understanding of industrial processes and IT architectures
• Soft skills such as analytical thinking, strong communication skills, teamwork, customer orientation and flexibility
• Excellent English skills, both spoken and written; German skills are an advantage
