Role Overview

BI Developer

Key Responsibilities

Administer
Infor LN BI applications
including
Birst
and
d/EPM
, along with Data Publishing Management and
Infor Data Lake
Extend and maintain
data models
across the full process chain (Connect / Prepare / Relate)
Orchestrate daily data refresh tasks and validate data accuracy
Analyze, design, and develop custom BI solutions aligned with business process requirements
Create and maintain
reports and dashboards
to enable data-driven decision-making
Maintain detailed documentation of ERP configurations, customizations, and BI processes
Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems
Support projects involving
new module implementations, releases, and rollouts

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience in
Infor LN development and Business Intelligence
Hands-on expertise with
Birst, d/EPM, Infor reports, and ION
Experience working with
Infor Data Lake
and
SQL databases
Good understanding of
industrial processes and IT architectures
Strong analytical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
Customer-focused and adaptable
Excellent English communication skills
(German is a plus)
