Roles and Responsibilities

Monitor ETL jobs and data pipelines to ensure timely data load completion into BI systems
Handle report generation issues and resolve or escalate failures to the L2/L3 teams
Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Track scheduled data loads, dashboards, and analytics reports for successful completion
Investigate user-reported issues, provide L1 troubleshooting, and ensure timely response
Escalate critical or recurring issues to technical or development teams for root cause analysis
Maintain shift logs, incident reports, and documentation for audit and operational purposes
Collaborate with business users and analysts to ensure data availability and consistency
Strong understanding of BI concepts, data warehousing, and ETL workflows
Proficiency in SQL for data validation and query-based analysis
Hands-on exposure to Talend, Vertica, and QlikSense tools preferred
Ability to monitor and troubleshoot data load and report generation processes
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
