  • Objectives of the Role
  • Democratize data and analytics by designing and developing scalable BI solutions that cater to diverse business needs.
  • Collaborate with business analytics teams and stakeholders to understand challenges, define use cases, and translate them into effective BI and analytics solutions that deliver impactful insights.
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and efficiency through best practices in data processing, transformation, and visualization.
  • Continuously explore emerging technologies and best practices to evolve our BI solutions and maintain a forward-thinking data environment.

Skills Required

4–6 years of experience in analytics engineering, with a proven track record in building and maintaining end-to-end data solutions,with a strong focus on front-end visualization.

Frontend & Visualization (Core Requirements):

  • Proficiency in building complex, interactive dashboards using Qlik Sense or similar BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Proven experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and proficiency in a modern framework (e.g., React.js, Angular, Vue.js) for building custom data applications.
  • Strong experience consuming RESTful APIs and handling asynchronous data flows, with a solid grasp of JSON and error handling patterns.
  • Ability to design modular, reusable, and maintainable UI components with a strong eye for UI/UX consistency.

Data & Cloud Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and automation.
  • Hands-on experience with the Databricks platform for data processing and analysis.
  • Experience with cloud data services, preferably AWS (e.g., S3, Lambda, Glue).

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

  • Familiarity with Python-based backend development (e.g., FastAPI, Flask) and in-memory data stores (e.g., Redis) is a significant plus.
  • Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI).

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams, gather business requirements, and communicate insights effectively.
