Role Overview: As a Direct Sales Executive for IndusInd Bank, your main responsibility will be to identify potential merchants and enroll them as business correspondents of the bank in various localities. You will need to manage and build relationships with BMS merchants and end-point customers to enhance business opportunities. Your success in this role will rely on your professional communication and influencing skills to engage with customers effectively in the field. Additionally, you will be expected to meet monthly targets for enrolment and liabilities sourced via BC merchants, including selling Personal Loans and Retail Small Capital Loans. Ensuring process adherence and compliance with business policies will be a crucial aspect of your job to maintain portfolio quality at the designated branch. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential merchants and enroll them as business correspondents of IndusInd Bank - Manage and build relationships with BMS merchants and end-point customers - Meet monthly targets for enrolment and liabilities sourced via BC merchants - Sell Personal Loans and Retail Small Capital Loans - Ensure 100% collection efficiency of loans and compliance with business policies - Prioritize portfolio quality maintenance at the designated branch Qualifications Required: - Proven experience in direct sales and customer management - Excellent communication and influencing skills - Ability to meet targets and deliver productivity - Knowledge of banking services and compliance policies - Willingness to work in the specified locations Additional Details: The job is full-time and permanent, suitable for freshers as well.
