Role Overview: As an Implant BGV Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and nurturing key client relationships onsite. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations, client satisfaction, and overall business growth. Your proactive approach will be essential in maintaining high service standards and delivering a seamless client experience. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering strong and long-term relationships. - Understand client requirements and coordinate internal service delivery to meet their expectations. - Regularly monitor and review services provided, ensuring they align with client standards. - Address client escalations promptly and effectively to maintain uninterrupted service. - Conduct periodic feedback and quality assurance checks to identify areas for improvement. - Collaborate with sales, operations, and account management teams to enhance service delivery. - Identify any gaps or shortcomings in the service process and implement corrective measures accordingly. Qualification Required: - Graduation in Business Administration or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience, preferably in the background verification or related service sector. - Strong interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Team player with a client-first mindset and excellent problem-solving abilities. - Strong organizational and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure. - Professional, positive attitude with the capacity to maintain composure in challenging situations.
