BFSI Trainer

As an employability-tech startup dedicated to empowering India's youth by bridging the gap between academic learning and industry requirements, Early Skills offers job-oriented training programs in BFSI, logistics, and other high-demand sectors through collaborations with leading companies and educational institutions. We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic BFSI trainer to conduct high-quality, interactive, and practical training sessions for our banking aspirants. The primary responsibility of the trainer will be to provide learners with the necessary domain knowledge, functional skills, and industry insights to prepare them for employment and succeed in interviews at renowned BFSI companies. Moreover, the trainer will also focus on coaching candidates to enhance their interview preparation skills and provide foundational soft skills training. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA/PG preferred) along with 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector or in a training/teaching capacity. A strong understanding of retail banking, financial products, and regulatory norms is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are also crucial, coupled with a genuine passion for educating and guiding freshers and early-career professionals. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and G-drive, is required. Fluency in English and Hindi is a must, and knowledge of a regional language would be advantageous.,
