We are currently looking for an experienced and enthusiastic BFSI trainer to conduct high-quality, interactive, and practical training sessions for our banking aspirants. The primary responsibility of the trainer will be to provide learners with the necessary domain knowledge, functional skills, and industry insights to prepare them for employment and succeed in interviews at renowned BFSI companies. Moreover, the trainer will also focus on coaching candidates to enhance their interview preparation skills and provide foundational soft skills training. The ideal candidate for this role should hold a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or a related field (MBA/PG preferred) along with 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI sector or in a training/teaching capacity.
