Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a BFSI Trainer (04), based in Noida. The BFSI Trainer will develop and deliver financial services and banking-related training programs for students and professionals. Responsibilities include creating and curating course content, conducting interactive sessions, evaluating participants’ progress, and providing constructive feedback. The role also involves staying updated with industry trends to ensure the training materials remain relevant and aligned with industry requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial services, banking operations, and BFSI sector policies
• Training and facilitation skills, with the ability to design and deliver engaging sessions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to assess, evaluate, and provide feedback on participants’ learning progress
• Proficiency in tools for content creation and delivery
• Adaptability to work in collaborative and dynamic team environments
• Previous experience in banking, financial services, or as a corporate trainer is preferred
• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus
