Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Beverage Specialist to join our kitchen team. The role involves preparing high-quality coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages with accuracy and consistency for delivery and takeaway orders. This position requires strong focus on speed, quality, and hygiene, as customer interaction will primarily be through online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare coffee, tea, smoothies, and specialty beverages as per standardized recipes.

• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and packaging for delivery and takeaway.

• Operate and maintain beverage equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, and blenders.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic beverage preparation area.

• Accurately read and prioritize orders received from delivery platforms.

• Label and pack beverages securely to avoid spills or damage during delivery.

• Maintain stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and packaging materials.

• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor/manager.

• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene guidelines.

• Support the kitchen team with general duties when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous beverage preparation or coffee experience preferred; freshers with training may also apply.

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and beverage preparation.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistency.

• Good time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours.

• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
