About the Role:

- Analyze and interpret a variety of US healthcare benefit documents, including plan summaries, provider networks, and evidence of coverage documents.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive mappings of these documents to ensure accurate and consistent data extraction.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the knowledge gap regarding US healthcare benefits for our clients.

- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed.

- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and contribute to a high-productivity team.

Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of experience in the role of a benefits analyst
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Experience working in a high-volume, quality-focused environment.
• Familiarity with healthcare benefit terminology and regulations.
