Role & responsibilities

1 Consultant Marketing & Placement

• Market

  bench consultants

  to

  vendors, clients, and implementation partners

  across the US.
• Identify suitable requirements from various job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
• Coordinate with consultants to understand their skill sets, experience, and preferences.
• Customize and optimize resumes before submission to clients.
• Ensure quick turnaround time from submission to interview and placement.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience:

  Only 5+ years of experience in

  US IT Bench Sales / US Staffing industry

  .

• Knowledge:

• Strong understanding of

  US tax terms (W2, 1099, C2C)

  .
• Familiarity with

  US immigration statuses

  (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.).
• Basic understanding of

  IT technologies

  such as Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, etc.

• Skills:

• Excellent

  communication and negotiation

  skills.
• Proven ability to

  market multiple consultants

  and close positions efficiently.
• Proficiency in using

  job portals

  and

  VMS platforms

  .
• Strong

  vendor network

  and relationship-building capabilities.

• Attitude:

• Goal-oriented and

  .
• Self-motivated, proactive, and a

  team player

  .
• Willing to work in

  US business hours (EST/CST/PST)
