Job Description We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with strong exposure to U.S. clients, IT staffing firms, HRTech, or SaaS-based recruitment solutions . The ideal candidate will drive our expansion in the North American market , build long-term partnerships, and help scale our U.S. business operations. Responsibilities Identify and acquire U.S.-based staffing agencies, consulting firms, employers, and HR departments . Generate consistent leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, networking groups, and HR communities in the U.S. Conduct product demos and pitch our SaaS hiring solutions to U.S. decision-makers. Build & maintain strong relationships with clients, MSPs, VMS networks, and independent recruiters . Demonstrate understanding of U.S. recruitment processes W2, C2C, 1099, contract staffing, and VMS workflows. Work during U.S. business hours (partial night shift) for meetings and follow-ups. Negotiate pricing, proposals, and agreements in coordination with the founders. Share market insights and client feedback to support product improvement and strategy. Required Experience 4 - 5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales / Account Management . Prior experience working with U.S. clients in IT Staffing, Recruitment SaaS, HRTech, ATS, or Consulting. Strong understanding of W2, C2C, 1099 hiring models , vendor relations, and U.S. staffing practices. Proven track record of closing deals , generating U.S. business, or building partnerships. Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). Comfortable working in U.S. time zones (evening/night shift) .
