Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The position is located in Nellore, with some flexibility for remote work. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for marketing IT consultants, building relationships with vendors and clients, identifying project opportunities, understanding requirements, and negotiating contracts. The role also includes maintaining a database of consultants and vendors while ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders. Qualifications Bench Sales, candidate marketing, and negotiation skills Relationship management with vendors and clients, and networking skills Understanding of IT roles, technologies, and project requirements Database management, documentation, and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of US recruitment processes and work authorization documentation is preferred Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in recruitment or a related field
