The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bench sales, client management, and technical recruitment, with the ability to drive business growth and maintain excellent relationships with clients and consultants. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in bench sales or IT recruitment with a strong focus on bench consultant placements. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong client-facing and relationship management abilities. Good understanding of IT skills and technologies to effectively communicate with technical consultants and clients. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-driven environment. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office applications. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; relevant certifications are a plus.
