Requirements Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, HR, or related field (preferred but not mandatory). 1–3 years of proven experience as a Resume Writer, Content Writer, or HR professional. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong research and editing skills. Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes. Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with attention to detail. Preferred Skills Familiarity with U.S. job market hiring standards. Experience writing resumes for IT, Finance, Marketing, and other professional sectors. Basic understanding of LinkedIn optimization.
