About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Resume Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of English, an understanding of global hiring trends (especially U.S. market), and the ability to craft compelling resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles tailored to each candidate's career goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and format professional resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles for candidates across various industries.
• Customize resumes based on client's career objectives, job descriptions, and market requirements.
• Conduct thorough keyword optimization to ensure ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility.
• Translate technical/complex information into concise, impactful content.
• Collaborate with candidates to gather missing details and highlight achievements effectively.
• Maintain confidentiality of all candidate data and documents.
• Meet daily/weekly deadlines and deliver high-quality outputs consistently.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, HR, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 13 years of proven experience as a Resume Writer, Content Writer, or HR professional.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong research and editing skills.
• Knowledge of ATS systems and recruitment processes.
• Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with U.S. job market hiring standards.
• Experience writing resumes for IT, Finance, Marketing, and other professional sectors.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn optimization.
