Job Description

Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter (US Staffing)

Market
H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, and USC consultants
to direct clients and Tier-1 vendors.
Maintain and establish strong vendor/client relationships.
Submit qualified consultant profiles to job requirements through various job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and LinkedIn).
Follow up with vendors and clients for interview scheduling and feedback.
Negotiate rates and terms with vendors/clients.
Track submission, interviews, and placements efficiently using internal tools.
Coordinate with recruiters for profile matching and lead generation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

3 to 7 years
of proven
Bench Sales experience
in the
US staffing industry
.
In-depth knowledge of
US work visas (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, US Citizens)
and
tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and closing skills.
Must be comfortable working
Night Shift (EST Hours)
from our
Hyderabad office
.
Must be a
self-starter
with a proven track record in placements.
